Rock photgraphy is company took my daughters promotion pictureback in june my husband purchased 1photo online in july before he deployed.. I left measages and sent email regarding this is September finally got call back the guy said he had thr confriamtion and would send the photo next day with extra pictures, we are in October and nothing yet i want the picture or my money back this company shouldnt recieve a star.. I have contacted the school so they dont use this company im very disappointed that i wont have that memory of my child promotion picture! Shivela middle school is the school picture was taken!!

Rock Photography was a company who took Promotion Pictures at Shivela Middle School. I've called for the past 2-3 weeks left messages, emailed with no responses. The only response you will receive is purchasing there photo's online, getting a automotive response by email that your credit card and purchase have been accepted . I feel that if a company is locally we should have the option to pick up from there office instead of getting charged a delivery fee in addition to waiting a week or longer for them to arrive.
