The customer service team is truly outstanding!We owned one of the original Quietcools from around 2010. Despite our warranty expiring a few years ago, we communicated that being retired on a fixed income made it challenging to afford an entirely new system this time around.Fortunately, their management team worked with us and provided the necessary new parts, allowing us to continue enjoying our Quietcool for the foreseeable future. We hold a deep appreciation for our Quietcool and the exceptional service we've received from this company over the years.

Amazing support from Kevin. I have two of these fans and we had a major hailstorm recently. One fan made it no problem, but one damaged by a hailstone the size of a tennis ball. Kevin has a replacement panel on its way to me now. Again, amazing support
