I needed a somewhat small outside water pipe fix and ProFlo responded to my request immediately. Jared and his teammate came out within about 30 minutes of my text conversation with their answering service. They were pleasant, experienced and knew exactly what they needed to do. In a short while the problem was fixed. The charge was very reasonable and the two were very congenial, listened to my ramblings and answered questions about the job and future AC needs. I was so impressed with these guys that I asked them to sign me up for an annual maintenance program if they had one. They did and I did. We are extremely satisfied with their service! The response time was incredibly fast, the service was highly professional, and the consultation was done with great patience. Our air conditioning unit is over 15 years old and has been having some minor issues recently. This company was very thorough and patient in diagnosing the problems. We are truly grateful for their help! We have been thinking about replacing our old one. Lake Elsinore is too hot at summer time, we definitely need our air conditioner working great! And most importantly their gave me extremely good deal!!!!
Great experience they were prompt and on time when they said they would be there. Also love the fact that they take care and cover their shoes and vacuum when they are done. Great service I would highly recommend to anybody needing AC or whole house fan issues checked and repaired.The tech Arturo was great and kept me informed the whole time.
