We love Sharon. She grooms our 3 Samoyeds which you know have a bunch of fur and makes them beautiful. Sharon can also handle picky dogs who don’t like being cleaned up. She’s the best!

We have been taking our dog to Sharon for years. I can’t say enough about the excellent service! Our dog Buddy always comes out looking wonderful and smelling delightful. I highly recommend Sharon and platinum pet grooming.

I'm not sure why there are low reviews as we had a very positive experience with having our cat Liam groomed. 1. Sharon replied to my inquiry in a timely manner. Via email she literally stated everything that would be included which meant a very thorough service. She also listed a few add on options and when I inquired if they would be something we should consider, she said not for our pet. Despite giving her the opportunity to do so, she did not try to upsell or push any services as another reviewer mentioned. Therefore my impression is she only offers add on services when they would be beneficial for that pet. 2. We were billed exactly as she estimated. We gave her an honest depiction of our pets behavior, health and cost which I suspect helped with a more accurate estimate. Initial services were the high end to get started and going forward will be the low end for regular visits. Keep in mind we provide grooming to our pet at home so his coat is already in good condition. Another pets pricing may be different. 2. Her place is calm, cute, bright and clean. Best grooming set up I've been to in Temecula. No urine smell as I've experienced at other places. 3. She communicates well, texting about 30 minutes before your pet will be ready. We are very pleased with our experience and will be regular customers.
