This place is super clean. Front Desk staff was very professional, efficient and welcoming. I've booked several IR sauna and the treatment room is very clean with towels and cold towels after your session is done. They also has tv in the sauna room to help you pass the time. Feel great and relax after each treatment. You can book on line or call. Highly recommended.
Hubba Hubba!!!!! This was such a welcome surprise. I am really on a mission for some good physical therapy and self-care right now and I love everything about this place. The location, the pricing, the convenience, the style, the look, you name it. The people who work here are incredibly down to earth and helpful and sweet, none of that snarky shushing that you get in a lot of other places like this. The infrared sauna was great and the cold plunge absolutely thrilled me. I cannot wait to come back.
Okay so I've been here on and off and this time around has been such a great experience! Back then the customer service sucked. All the little girls working there were rude. This new crowd is so much better. So professional and helpful
