I worked here for a very short period as a client coordinator. Richard and Jennifer are the owners and are married. They write on their own reviews as if they are clients . Richard is a horrible person. He texted me when I decided to quit because of the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. He called me names and it was so inappropriate. Awful people. Do not have your loved ones cared by this place they don’t care!

This company closed suddenly leaving us stranded then tried to bill us for over $11,000.00 when all we owed was for the two weeks prior to their shuttered doors. The phones were all disconnected and the owner, Richard emails erratically. We are in the dark.

Caring for a dementia patient at home is not easy. Anyone who has been through it can tell you that. You take one day at a time, and learn each day may be different from the last. Never Alone has allowed us planned and needed breaks each week. They made an initial visit and suggested some ideas. We now have a caregiver come twice a week. It's break for both Nana and for us. She gets great care by a great person, and we can have some of our freedom back. We may even try to take a short vacation soon as we feel Nana will be cared for well by Never Alone. Couldn't ask for more caring help. Thank you.
