I have been with NHC for quite a few years now. I had Dr. Ayos-Martinez at one location and now DrBlosser at another.
I have received nothing but compassionate professional care. Alex and her assistant Amelia are absolutely wonderful and it’s actually quite a relief to be in their care.
I just wish they would revamp their phone system. I dread having to place a phone call to them and use the app as much as possible.
Not the service I expected. The Doctor wasn't too attentive to my needs and the referrals I needed. After speaking to her for a few minutes, she needed to step out of the room to get her stethoscope and never came back. 45 minutes later, a nurse came in, apologized for the delay and said I'm free to go that they'd call me. It's been days and I still haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional. Not going bank to that particular doctor.
Update: the rest of the staff and doctors are amazing.
Dr Blosser is amazing. He is so much more than you find in Dr's today. He is kind , thorough and informative. He makes sure you understand all your test results. Most importantly he listens and truly cares about your health.
