Natalie! Such an amazing job! Was a bit skeptical due to having so much bad experiences with local artists. I let my guard down and trusted her holding on to my last strain of hope! lol and she ATE! I was so amazed!! The only downside was I would’ve liked the brown to be a brown black but seeing the outcome I couldn’t even complain it was just too beautiful to even say anything lol. I will definitely go with a darker shade next time to see how it could look! Also she didn’t do cuticles by plucking them she filed them with the machine which was new to me. I have been at Nails Now since Susan was first owner. And before 20 years ago when Lani opened. Susan and her staff were always professional and made me feel comfortable. Natalie is the new owner. I feel the communication with her is not sometimes understood. I also was passed up waiting when I was there first. It happened a couple of times. I like the staff so I continued to go. And hasn’t happened. Natalie is friendly but also needs to be aware of her business tactics.

I love this nail salon! Natalie is great and is on top of her nail art! Throw her any design and she’ll do it! It took me a while to find someone who could keep up with the times because we all know nail art has definitely evolved! Glad to have found someone who could keep up! On top of all of that she’s a sweet lady who will take her time to perfect what she does! I found my new nail tech!
