Technician today was respectful of property, knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and even left us with a few spare plastic window locks to potentially avoid a multi-week/month wait for a simple warranty claim (saves them a service call and gas for their trucks and keeps customers happy).

Pete was prompt, courteous, efficient despite working on a hot backyard deck to replace the window. Did the job efficiently and clean up was as if he was never there. Excellent, very pleased.

Pete was the technician who came out to repair my window. He was fabulous. He would not give up until he figured out how to fix the problem even though it would have been much easier to just order a new window. I will request Pete if I ever have another problem. I do love my new Milgard windows. And the installer Window Tech was excellent also and a great representative for Milgard.
