If I can give this zero stars I would. I dropped off my dry cleaning a full week in advance and when I came in to pick it up two suits, a tie, and a vest. The woman lost my tie and she did not press or dry clean one of the pants from the suit sets. To make matters worse they didn't call me to tell me that they were not going to not dry clean one of the pants because it had a stain on it that they could not remove. I seen her the morning of and she didn't say anything either. She just asked me to come back at a later time because they were not finished. Then she went on to tell me that she doesn't speak English so she can't have a conversation with me. She brought out a random barrage of ties telling me to go ahead and pick one because she lost mine. I have a wedding to attend the next day and I have no tie or pants. So now I have to scramble and find replacements in such short notice. Unprofessional and rude. Never again

WARNINGDO NOT GIVE your clothes to clean.The boss, a women made holes in my linen dress !!!!she laughed and she said it's an old dress.it's a French dress the brand is Sandro !!!! she is totally irresponsible, unhappy, she should be change a jobNOW YOU ARE WARNED do not be surprised if your clothes will be damaged

Very unpleasant people who clean. Front costumer service is good but the Pearson who is in charge there is absolutely horrible. Spots never clean and they blame you for it.Untrustworthy. Should not be in business.
