This company no longer exists, the owner, James Dixon packed up and walked away leaving all of his customers who purchased something (AC and Heating Unit) WITHOUT A WARRANTY. It took 2 months for them to install and actually get the AC to work, completed on 9/21/16. Shame on us for not confirming that the heater worked. We tried using it for the first time this weekend (shocked face) IT DID NOT WORK. Repeated attempts to contact James with no response, this morning we called the office of McCann and Sons and their phones are being rolled over to another company who is taking their calls but not honoring any warranties. Horrible experience its been dead hot waiting a over 4 days to get help with install of new air conditioner.. My day finally gets hear, been looking forward to this for quite sometime get a call today at 3:30 to let know my service appt from 4-7 was doubled booked and they cannot reschedule for me another two days.. Horrible service, who waits all day to call someone.. double booked, i doubted that was even the truth.. I would not recommend this company to anyone..
My Mother had a new sink put in. It took about a month. They couldnt match tile and there is one off colored and mismatched tile sticking out like a sore thumb. But the worst part is that, instead of a soap dispenser, they put a rinky dink drinking water tap (totally un-needed) on back edge of sink. This morning my Mom called me in a great panic. "THE WHOLE HOUSE IS FLOODED!" They connected the little water tap by two hoses...that weren't glued, or held down by ANYTHING AT ALL. During the night, the little tube popped off and the water just ran freely throughout the ENTIRE THREE BEDROOM HOUSE! It is going to cost THOUSANDS of dollars, the flood/restoration... read full review
