Michelle and the front desk team were so kind and helpful as I had questions about my account. Hector was an excellent massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable, very focused on targeting problem areas, and very kind. I will ask for him again in the future!
Had a generally positive experience here. My husband booked a couples massage, however, turns out they charge extra if you actually want to be in the same room together (isn’t that basically the idea of a couples massage?) Michelle at the front desk provided excellent customer service when I voiced my confusion on why they were adding a charge for being in the same room. She couldn’t do anything about the up charge, but she was kind and patient. I felt validated. Not sure if I would come back, but the massages were nice and Michelle did her best!
Hector just gave me a life changing 90 min massage. I've had many different massage therapists at this location and sorry to everyone else but Hector surpassed them all. Hands down the best massage I've ever had. Normally massages feel good during but I never have that relaxed/softened feel afterwards but he knew what he was doing. I asked for hard pressure and he did so without hurting me or having to be told to go harder. Highhllyyyy recommend him and will most likely be getting a membership due to his amazing work.
