I would like to take a moment and thank Dr. Stephen LoBue and his incredible staff for the fantastic job they did on my sister in-law Patricia Bergman. They took a legally blind woman, and gave her 20/25 vision in just a few short weeks. I am so impressed and grateful we have professionals like Dr. Lobue and his staff so close by. Thank you all! It was a very enjoyable visit.the first person I encountered was Carina (sp?). She was very professional, knew her business & was just a delight to deal with.The Dr. was Dr. Stephen LoBue. He did a very thorough examination of my eyes. He also took the time to listen to me & my concerns regarding cataract surgery.All in all, I highly recommend this facility.
I have been using this location for almost a decade. The staff is professional and friendly. They work to make sure my prescription is correct and the exam is comprehensive. The only suggestion I have to improve the overall service experience is for them the get more competitive on the prices for the lenses and frames. I have had to go to other places to find the frames and lenses I need at more reasonable prices. If they would do that I'd rate them at 5 stars for sure.
