    In my brand new KB Home the carpet in one of the rooms came loose and created bulges in less than one year. I called KB to schedule a repair, so Leonard called me and make an appointment. I clear out my schedule for the afternoon to be here when the repair person came. He never showed up or gave me a courtesy call. I called back the next day to inquire and reschedule. I was told the guy had an emergency job in Yucaipa he had to take care of on my appointed day. Any apologies? Nope.. Anyway, we rescheduled and the guy came on time (surprise!). I asked for paperwork/invoice of the work that was done and was told he'd tell his supervisor at the office. That was 8/23. Today is 9/4 and still nothing. How unprofessional.

    We bought a KB home, less than a year old and still under full warranty. KB Homes guarantees, "We know that life happens and sometimes things go sideways when you least expect. So, you'll be happy to learn that your KB Home warranty coverage is extensive, and we'll be there to repair a leaky faucet, fix the AC, and help keep your new home in tip-top shape."Apparently, this doesn't cover floors or the person from Leonards inspecting the flooring just negates or ignores issues reported.Reporting three issues, all in major walkway areas: A compressing floor, loud squeaking under one part of the floor, and tenting (loose) carpet on at least 4-5 stairs. Only the compressing floor was addressed in our list of concerns about the floors, and they stated that this (defect) was acceptable, thus they would not fix it. The other two issues, the squeaking floor and the tenting carpeting on the stairs, were not addressed at all.Looks like we will be hiring another flooring company to fix KB and Leonard's defects, and asking for reimbursement, through an attorney, for the repairs and for monies due to lost rent.So disappointing!

    Completely mismanaged and has made something simple become such a needlessly long, drawn out process. Cancels appointments 30 minutes before and sends people out for follow up appointments to do what has already been done, causing delays and more rescheduling.
