I have been coming to Lavish since early 2018 and I will never stop because CECE and her team make sure that your experience is not only comfortable but also informative for daily maintenance. She always listens and I consider her family at this point. She takes pride in her work and definitely does a fantastic job. It's always smiles every visit and I can't wait to go back! CECE makes hair removal easy and painless. Not to mention she always has products on hand. Thank you CECE for providing your services and I appreciate you!

At first, I had good vibes about this establishment but after sending two emails and leaving a voice message within a two in a half week span, I never heard back from anyone. I was patient because it says to allow them 3 days to respond, but even then nothing. It is a shame because the owner seems knowledgeable and her social media pictures display she does nice work. I almost feel like the business doesn't want or need new clients.

Poor customer service. Can barely get a response. I've called, left a vm, and no call back. Finally get a hold of them via ig message, delayed responses then they go ghost! I'm asking about products however at this point I wouldn't even want to book a service due to such slow communication
