Given the fact that this place is severely understaffed and over booked, I sincerely appreciate the patience of all the employees present on the day we had photos scheduled. All of them remained calm and courteous. Who ever manages this place should be ashamed and embarrassed for the lack of support they give their people.

Made an appointment a month ago. They called the evening before to let me know that they were double booked and my appt would be running behind an hour or so. There were only 2 photographers there and there were so many people waiting to be seen. I decided to wait. 2 hours after after my appt, we were finally seen. Both girls apologized and were very nice. Blaine was our photographer and she was great. She got so many good shots and even managed to get several good shots with our crazy dogs. Which is not easy to do. It was worth the wait. Very happy with my experience. Both girls did a great job with the resources they had.
