Vanessa did an amazing job on my lymphatic massage! I saw results the next day when I left! She was very helpful and recommended teas and dry brushes post session! AMAZING!!! I’m very happy with the results!!!

Sometimes when you least expect it you stumble across an experience in a place of unique wonder, Indigo Sanctuary was such a place. My family traveled to San Diego. For context only we are world travelers. My daughter-in-law & I follow ayurvedic practices, crave sanctuary, nature, and massages. The last one often all we can steal away for on our trips...so trust me we know good from bad. Vanessa is a kind, talented and intuitive practitioner. Wonderful. Highly recommend you stop by...only wish we didn't live way far away.

Vanessa is AWESOME! Whether you go in for a reiki/sound healing session or you sign up to learn how to be a reiki practitioner she is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful energy about her that is instantly absorbed. I just completed my level 1 reiki and I plan to continue to reiki master. She creates an inviting environment and as you learn she has you practice reiki on her which I found to be super helpful. I loved the one on one learning and discussions too. I'd highly recommended learning reiki from her or going in for some reiki/sound healing sessions.
