This is my second review of First Light Home Care Temecula. My first review was a recommendation because I know Christine and John personally and wanted to let potential clients that Christine and John were great people with a heartfelt desire to establish a home care business that would cater to and exceed the clients needs.Well, now I know firsthand that my first review was exactly spot on because I needed their services and they have definitely exceeded my expectations. Firstlight Home Care is a very great place to work. I have been working with them since 2019. They give you all the necessary materials and training that are needed for you (as a caregiver or CNA) to succeed in your assignment. They also pay for your training, holiday bonus, incentives, insurance and more. They always introduce you (Caregiver or CNA ) to the new client before your assignment begins. I have enjoyed working for First Light, Temecula. I really appreciate that they take extra care in placing a Caregiver with a client. They match you and then have an introduction to allow both sides to see if it is a good fit. This makes me feel very confident in knowing that they truly care about their clients and their employees just the same. They are easy to communicate with and very supportive . I strongly recommend First Light, Temecula to anyone searching for a Caregiver as well as anyone looking to become a Caregiver.
