Firstlight Home Care is a very great place to work. I have been working with them since 2019. They give you all the necessary materials and training that are needed for you (as a caregiver or CNA) to succeed in your assignment. They also pay for your training, holiday bonus, incentives, insurance and more. They always introduce you (Caregiver or CNA ) to the new client before your assignment begins. This enables you the caregiver to be familiarized with the client to know what to do before your actual date for you assignment. This is done within an hour and you get paid for it. The paid rate is a bite higher than average. so you see, that is why it's the best place to work. This company is really organized, for that being said, is not like those companies that you work with and they don't know what they are doing, two caregivers will meet in the client's housr at the same time because both of them are on the same schedule and they have to figure out who stays and who leaves. I recommend this company for anyone who needs compassionate and experience care for their love ones because the caregivers are really professionals.
