Called over a week ago to schedule an appt for 5/28 @ 0900 to clean 4 bedroom and hallway carpets. Was provided a date and time and this company NEVER showed. Attempted to call and leave voicemails and have yet to hear from them. In the and we had to use MVPClean services who were very prompt and professional. Not sure of the quality of cleaning D&C could provide since they NEVER called or showed.

Unbelievable customer service! Very personable and friendly. Set up quickly and took his time cleaning our area rugs thoroughly. If I had more cash on me I would’ve tipped him more. Don’t forget to tip people in the service industry.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
