BEWARE!! Very unprofessional company to work with! A lot of lip service from the owner, who seemed very convincing to get the contract, but not as promised and now no follow through. Unanswered calls and texts throughout the 2.5 month process. No warranty follow up as told by owner for 1 yr. after completion. He really doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction. I'd give this company a zero if I could. Pls know what you're getting into before you make the mistake of signing contract!! Also know you have 72 hr. recession period beginning at midnight the date you sign to change your mind. (Weekends and Holidays excluded) No work should start on project before that recession period ends. Creative violated that by starting demo before it ended. We have several unresolved issues and have had to hire another company to come in and make repairs or changes.

HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE. If I could give them a ZERO I would. I contacted them on Wednesday for a pool quote; he immediately start talking prices. He stated he was so busy and it would be 5 weeks before, he could come out. However, he found a cancellation and came out today. He starts talking about how he would get the equipment in and I mentioned the difference between fiber and gunite/shotcrete pools. You would have thought I said something bad. He went off, " I don't do fiberglass pools; that is for handymen. A word of advice if you advertise in the "Door Saver" you might put you only do this type of pool or explain the difference and why you only do that type of pool. Instead of displaying a disrespectful, rude and unprofessional attitude toward a potential customer.

They say on their website they can do everything but right after they rush you into a contract and take your money its a complete 180. You'll be lucky if they even contact you, getting anything done is like pulling teeth. One of the worst contractors I've dealt with.
