Gene is a dog whisper! He puts the ideas into the dog’s head and then teachers you how to work with them to practice. He teaches you the why behind the methods so you will be able to train any dog you get in the future. We were ready to get rid of our Heeler when we started and now she’s doing great! I feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to have my pup trained by Gene at Cranks Custom Canines. As a new puppy owner I needed a lot of help and guidance. Gene helped get my pup in check with techniques that I am easily able to use at home. After the first lesson I could already see a difference in my dog and his manageability and also in my confidence to handle him. Gene was also very helpful with all kinds of little questions I had, so you can ask him anything. This has been a very positive experience for me and my dog is now like a true companion and family member. I highly recommend.
Gene is really the best dog trainer highly knowledgeable of behaviour needed by dog owner and dog , I’ve had several dog trainers in the past ,for previous dogs and so glad I came across Gene .Gene far surpasses any and all of trainers out there by far , in his ability to communicate exactly what he wants to the dog and the owner . initially I thought his training was very unique or different , but quickly come to realise that he really is the best trainer out there and more Trainers should learn from him. , He has great skills that show an owner how to help change or shape your dogs behaviour to love the best life with your canine .
