I reached out to this woman excited because she had such rave reviews and I am seeking a personal trainer while in the area. I called. Then followed up with a text to which she responded a day later clarifying what service I was seeking. I responded to her within an hour and here we are 5 days later no response. She might be an amazing trainer but the customer service skills are lacking.
