They kept in constant contact with us to give us updates on everything.Their crew were here everyday at 8:00 am sharp and worked so hard . They were friendly and polite and fast. They were spot on when they said we would be 100% satisfied with the job they did. We couldn't be happier. I can't recommend BSE enough. They are a small business and were able to provide an experience tailored towards my specific needs. Throughout the process they were communicative and empathic, calling me to answer all questions I had immediately. I felt like they really cared about saving me money and since my install I have saved over $300 on my energy bill!! I seriously can't recommend them enough- and their rates are lower than the large corporations they compete against.
