I just give up on this office ! They don't care about keeping clients or client satisfaction any more. This is after being a client for 20 years For hormone therapy you now have to join their app that costs 500/year (just to be apart of their renewal prescription service and THEN still need to pay for all the prescription .. it seems to be a medical liability coverage fee since they are so hands off now ... read full review

The reviews below are so unfortunate. Dr. Briggs is so caring and knowledgeable. I am super excited to be a new patient of hers and looking forward to what she has in store for me! Just keep in mind that when you are making negative comments about the wait time its because every patient is different and she takes her time in truly trying to help them. Temecula office staff is also pretty cool! Grateful to be here.

The quality of care is good in particular if you're looking for bioidentical or alternative medical treatment for menopause. However, getting through to anyone or scheduling is an absolute nightmare. Everything is automated and the automation does not work. Basically you're put into a big black hole.
