Used a Groupon that I got as a gift. I let them know that while booking the appt. Valerie was who gave me my massage. She was very friendly and I was treated kindly and professionally. I don't have any complaints about this place! Tip to others who go here - There are 2 massage places in the office building, this one is located upstairs.
I highly recommend Balance of Wellness: the staff is professional and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and there is a spa like atmosphere. The quality of the massages are outstanding and the price is unbelievably reasonable. Well worth it to join their membership program! We've been coming here for years and are never disappointed (and we've had massages all around the world and this is our local "go to" place!) Outstanding!!
