Alder Creek Gift Baskets

I purchased a small Valentine's Day gift basket at Albertson's made by Alder Creek. When I took the mug out of the wrapping paper, I could see some slight lumpy defects on the mug. I saw the website at the bottom of the mug, so I thought it was worth a shot to fill out the contact form on their website with this issue. To my amazement, a customer service representative reached out to me and I had a brand new gift basket delivered to my house within 48 hours. Truly exceptional customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from Alder Creek again, as their products and guaranteed satisfaction are well worth the money! :)

I came by because of a sale they have advertised in the local paper. This is a warehouse and not a retail store & is usually not open to the public except for times like this. The ladies working there were so sweet & friendly! The prices varied but you could not beat the deal of $5 for all the Valentines baskets. I selected a cute green basket for my grandson & a heart shaped box of an assortment of Lindor and Ghirardelli chocolates for $5. They will be doing more of these special sales. Go online & get on their email list to be notified of new sales!
