I used them a few times and every time they communicated great, were on time, always did the job well and were courteous and did not charge a tonne of money. The last time they did a service for me, they accidently made an brown bubble in tub/shower surround. They said they will fix it free of charge. In less than a month, Mark and John replaced the whole surround, with no extra money charged. They basically gave my bathroom a brand new look. I did not think that there are still honest plumber out there. But I was wrong. Great service, excellent communication, good work, a pleasure to work with. I will always use John the plumber.“
