These dumb@sses kept me waiting on the phone for a video telehealth appt for literally an HOUR AND A HALF waiting for my doc to show up, who never did. I had another appt after, so had to hang up. So, I never got seen. The office said the reason was my medical was no longer active. I called the welfare office to see what was going on and they said I WAS active.... End of story. This place sucks and is stupid.

Terrible. No way to reach this office directly. Must go through a call center (and be on hold for over 30 mins) and wait for office to call you back (which never happened) or get disconnected when being transferred. Horrible service.
** Note, see the responses from this office on every review telling you to call their call center, which is a joke. Expect to be on hold forever and get absolutely NO help. How about a direct number for this office so someone can maybe actually help you?

I’ve been coming to this place since the beginning of the 2024 year and I have had nothing but the run around. First appointment made over the phone then when I went in they didn’t have me down and took me as a walk in even though I had the receptionist name and info who had made my appointment. Waited 4 1/2 hours to be seen just to be told they wanted blood work. I live two towns away and when trying to get my blood work scheduled it was going to be 5 weeks out. They suggested Quest diagnostics and that they’d send the referral over asap. Waited a week made my appointment with quest and when I arrived there was no referral found.
