Pedicure it was great. I specifically said that I did not want a callus remover on the phone. They did it anyway, and then charged me an extra five dollars.It’s disappointing because I traditionally give a 30% tip out of common decency. That money was going to be used to tip my pedicurist. I guess this has happened before.
The staff are very nice however they do not ask you if you want extras done, they just charge you at the end. I made an appointment for a basic pedicure and without asking they added calloused removal and charged me more. I prefer to be asked for anything different. If you go, be very clear on what you want done.
