From the jump, it was easy to register and also the offer of trial classes to see what suits me. The coaches are super supportive, friendly and very welcoming. Coffee is always available at the back and hygiene is good too. I am back now in December and couldn't wait to join the training. Even the cold couldn't keep me away from my 6:30am classes. I recommend F45 highly. ?“

The care and incredible therapy I have received and worked on over the last year with Dr Kyle and the other therapists at Elevate have been incredibly life saving to me. The care is personalized. One on one with your Doctor of PT. My recovery would never have come along this far after a year without the professionalism and incredible therapy- which required hard work- without Elevate. I am a former marathon runner and athlete so it was very important to me to work hard with the best after a freak ski accident. Elevate has been a major factor in my recovery and I am so thankful for their amazing positive support and pushing me to get back to the best I can be.“

Ali, Micah, and their entire team--Jorge, Thomas, and Divya--are excellent at what they do, and very knowledgeable each one is. They are not only thorough professionals but also good people with a good heart and positive energy. The same positive energy is reflected in the gym's atmosphere, which makes a big difference while you're getting in shape there. All my workouts were tailored to my needs, and I truly appreciated that. The gym is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. Ali and Micah always patiently responded to all my concerns and questions in detail, as did my fantastic trainers, Divya and Jorge, who did a great job at training me. Even though I had to terminate my membership early due to a personal health emergency, I gained a lot of knowledge in the short period of time, which I aim to implement in my workouts in the future. I highly recommend Impact One Fitness for your fitness goals--the team here works with sheer integrity and professionalism (and smiles). :-)“

Was there for guidance on for multiple times which was greatly appreciated. The gym is well stocked. I have a shoulder injury right now and he has tailored every session and watches every exercise in order to help rehab safely. This is in addition to all the other areas for strength I wanted to focus on. I’ve already learned a ton from him on proper form, focus areas, and exercises and feel way stronger than I was in session one.“

After just three months of training with Paul twice a week (and once a week on my own), I'm down 12 pounds and seeing actual muscle tone--six-pack, here I come. How? Paul has developed a routine for me that includes cardio warm-ups, bodyweight exercises, core workouts, and weight training, all complemented by his helpful diet advice. Not only do I feel fitter and stronger, but my tennis game has also improved--I can hit harder and play longer without getting winded. Paul's guidance has been a game changer, and I'm excited to keep training with him. Side note: The Compound has the coldest bottled water in town. Highly recommend!“

“My husband and I just completed a semester at The Study with Alexander as our trainer and it has been life changing.
The training we received from Alexander was completely customized to what our strengths, weaknesses, & goals were and it was FUN. He didn’t just train us, but educated us in a way that set us on a path to continue our health & fitness journey outside of our session. The coaching extended into more than just fitness but into our personal lives. Alexander is really dedicated to his clients success- even checking in post semester. This paired with the awesome nutrition coaching w Gabby has been invaluable! The nutrition guidance has been such a key element missing in my life. I feel so much better, more energized, focused, & my recovery after diving is much quicker!! We did regular in house body comp scans and we both saw great results without being overly invested in the results. The education and sustainability of our workouts was priority and we really appreciated that focus! Facilities are impeccably clean w/shower, sauna, cold plunge- everything you’d need. Plus easy parking lot.
Alexander, Gabby, Julian, & the rest of the team are great trainers/coaches who know their stuff… I feel truly grateful to have found such a top notch team and I look forward to another semester in the future!!“

She is one of the most incredible PTs I have ever worked with. Her skill is next level. Her intuition always takes her to exactly where my problem areas are, and her magic hands perform miracles. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with all of the PT assistants and the exercises Brooke has recommended have really made a difference. Until I drop dead, Brooke is stuck with me. The facility is spacious, very clean and there is a ton of equipment. They even have an app you can use to do your exercises at home. It's great! I highly recommend VERT.“

Machines are always well-maintained. This place keeps a level of cleanliness that I personally believe most planet fitness should live up to. The team here truly cares about their job as well as the location they work at.
I wanted to give a special thank you, I never got your name, because you were not wearing a name tag. You sure one of the hardest working people I’ve seen there today (blonde haired guy with a cool mustache) notice you cleanup the locker rooms, give a tour to potential new clients, explain and give a demonstration of how machines work, took out the trash and filled up the sanitation bottles, and at the end I even saw you handling business on the phone. Oh my God, man with all the respect you are one of the hardest working people I’ve seen. ?????????? planet fitness you heard a very good person. Keep working hard, young man.
And if you don’t think that’s impressive I was only there an hour. This guy moves fast.“

0000 No Location, Los Angeles“Title: DC FITNESS Experience: A Yelp Review Importance: HIGH Dear fellow fitness enthusiasts, Today, I am here to share with you my long-overdue utterly disappointing experience at the DC fitness, formerly known as Lord's Gym. While I still strongly advise becoming a member at this gym. Prepare yourselves for a candid review that will leave you questioning a couple things, especially how management (it's only one manager) manages DC Fitness. Point blank, you need to do better sir. I've spoken to the staff about the issues at DC and they are all in agreement that it is you who doesn't take care of half the issues mentioned below. I'll skip MOST of the issues and just address the main ones (I've spoken to many members about this and it seems nothing changes and they've personally complained to you too). I'm not a big yelper reviewer guy but it's at a point where enough is enough and something needs to be done/ fixed ASAP. Towels- Fix the washer and dryer, it's not that hard. Signs- No one cares if the machine is broken and the signs have a "DC fitness" sign on it, just fix the machine. Equipment- Get new equipment, not that expensive considering you guys are the Dream Center and CAN make it happen. Outdoor area- Refer to above. Staff- Amazing (expect manager). Restroom- Not bad (compared to other globo gyms) 7/10, used to be a strong 10/10 but lately smells like bad BO and piss. In conclusion, Just do better, DC Fitness is a hidden gem of a gym that houses some extreme fitness fanatics that don't mess around. It's welcoming, it's where bonds are made, it's where people come to get sh*t done. It's your standard no thrills gym, with old school iron and iron accessories. This is where Arnold would train if he was still at it like he used to be. BS aside, I've been coming here for over 10 years, when it was red and yellow with a stage still at the very bottom where the squat racks are now (get more squat racks). Get some more bumper weights, invest in good equipment (half of the bars at the gym are so bent and broken down). This has been and will always be my home gym, it is where I began my fitness journey and I know plenty of people who feel the same. Take some pride and ownership in your position with DC Fitness, there's hope still or step down, promote other more deserving people who actually care about the gym and the gym goers and let them take care of business. “I’ve been coming to Strive Firness for about two years now. I really like that there are no class times. They have two sessions. One in the morning and one in the evening. You show up at anytime during either session and you jump right in to the workout of the day. I’ve never had to wait to join in even on a busy day. I love that the workout is set for the day. There are 11 stations and you rotate every two minutes. I really like how this is set up. Less for me to think about and I get a good work out in for the day. The trainers are great. They are there to help out and motivate you. Matt is so helpful and friendly and will help me modify exercises when I need a modification. Highly recommend this gym!“
