What can I say? I bought a house that was in need of a pretty decent overhaul inside and in the garage. Lee and NextDoor not only came in with a very reasonable bid, but a much better timeline than any other contractor -- and she kept to it.She has a team that works nonstop. I'm talking nights and weekends, which I've never seen before from contractors. She is on-site once a day, at least, if not more. There isn't a day she isn't coming by to examine the work her team does. We hired NextDoor Construction for some long overdue work on our kitchen. From the beginning, we were impressed with owner Lee's expertise and responsiveness. We felt her quote was very reasonable, especially considering the complexity of the job. The crews that worked on the different aspects of our project were all very skilled, punctual, and conscientious. We're very happy with the results and intend to engage NextDoor for other projects. Lee is an incredible contractor! She helped us transform our old, messy garage into a polished boxing gym in less than 3 weeks. Lee was responsive from Day 1 and continued to be even after the job was over. She never pushed us to spend more than we wanted and made sure we were within our budget. I have recommended her to countless friends and we hope to use her during our big remodel. Highly recommend. A kind, honest, professional contractor is hard to find!
