What a comical joke of a company. The owner is an absolute scam artist. SHE IS NOT THE LICENSE HOLDER. she uses what is known as an RMO or a Registered Managing Officer who is the ACTUAL license holder. She will have you sign her weak agreement and then sub-contract the job to someone who actually knows how to install.. STAY AWAY!!!

They installed my solar in 2019 and I've been trying to get a new inverter from them under warranty for 9 months. They were really responsive at first but I've gotten nowhere. I finally had to give up and go to another installer. The final straw was when they sent someone out to "troubleshoot" the system when I'd already been waiting on the inverter for 8 months. They also told me they had placed several expedites on my claim but when I called the manufacturer there wasn't even a case on file for my warranty claim. Nice people but they don't seem to know what they're doing.

It’s been six months and I’ve have tried to contact the owner and she is the one that sold me the unit and no answer they had a guy come out to my house and when he plugged in the computer it said it hasnt worked ever sense the first month they installed it I called the office and spoke to Willy he said that that wasn’t true I’m try to get it fixed so now I’m paying solar and a light bill for almost a year and no answer they keep on giving me the run around whatever u do do not use m&s they are scam artist the woman who sold me the unit which is the owner won’t even answer my calls and when I ask the office they tell me a different excuse each time DO NOT...read full review
