When I was informed the job would stretch into a second day, I expressed some concern about the cold night temperatures. I texted Jay late on a Friday night with a question about my furnace. He replied in just 20 minutes with information that turned out to be correct, saving me a lot of time and difficulty. I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.
As a follow-up to this review, Jay called me right away and it appears we got most things cleared up just fine. On my invoice it did not show the part that was replaced on my end, but we figured out why that was happening and now I have the information. He and his tech will also be coming out to take a look at why the AC is not running to full capacity. I really appreciate his reaching out and his accommodation to assist in taking a look further at what is going on with my unit. We now have a good plan going forward. His quick responsiveness is very much appreciated.
