Oren Yona and his team of professionals from Eden Builders delivered the best remodeling work in my 35 years of living in Los Angeles. In that time, my wife and I have had 4 other big construction projects at our home. This time we were converting a 600 SF outbuilding into an ADU. All my contractor experiences were good. Solid people. Solid work. But Oren was the best in every category by far. They work incredibly quickly and the work is always of the highest quality. I highly recommend Eden Builders and Alex, the Project Manager. A 5 star, 10/10 rating is well deserved; they exceeded my highest expectations. The project was a complete renovation of the kitchen, laundry room and several upgrades to the adjoining bathroom. The project from the first meeting to completion was an actual pleasurable experience. The project completed early, even with several additional work orders, requested by me because I trusted Alex's expertise and recommendations.Alex provided excellent communication, keeping me informed in advance of the daily and weekly schedule, with the crew, meeting with them at the beginning of the day, sometimes coming by during the day and returning at the end of day to review the work with his eagle eye aiming for perfection. He was available at any time for questions and immediately provided solutions and options. The arrival of the crew was prompt, all were highly skilled, respectful, neat and cleaned up well every day. Alex's patience and guidance with me in selecting materials, recommending quality vendors with contractor discounts, and making scheduling accommodations for laundry and bathroom accessibility were much appreciated.I give a big shout out to Jose, tiler, Greg, cabinet maker, Marcos, painter, and Ricardo and Jaime for their fine work and care.My next project, hopefully in 2024, will be with Eden Builders and Alex.
