“I unfortunately did not pass my test in the first try due to a very dumb mistake at the very beginning of test( I hit the curb ). The examiner didn’t let that small mistake pass which really upset me. However, this school is amazing. Alex was very patient with me . My driving was so bad in the beginning and by the 5th lesson was way better. It was a wonderful learning experience. Alex told me he didn’t like the Van Nuys dmv and now understand why. I failed and the car behind me also did the same mistake I did. I was his oldest student and felt so bad that I let him down on passing the test. He’s an amazing instructor though. He’s knowledgeable and points out your rights and wrongs. I like his positive reinforcement as well when you do stuff correctly.“
