My A/C system of 21 years needed to be replaced. Ben / Air Pro Heating on was one of the 3 to 4 companies I contacted. From the day he quoted to when it was installed, it was 3 days! There were over 25 companies in the area, but based on the reviews, not many had experience installing new HVAC systems. Ben was one of the few who did. He provided quotes for two different systems, and I noticed that his labor warranty was far better than the rest. Ben responded to all my inquiries and questions promptly, even on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. He gave his honest opinion on the ductwork instead of just quoting a replacement. Ben and crew are fantastic. They replaced my furnace and condenser in one day and the quality of the work is phenomenal. Out of 15 quotes I received, Ben's quote was very reasonable. Ben is a no nonsense kind of guy, straight to the point. I had a lot of other contractors try to sell me on other things, but not Ben. I highly recommend Air Pro.

Our air conditioner died last week. I called Ben and he came over within two hours. We had a 34 year old AC that could not be repaired. Ben and his team did a fantastic job. They are fast, clean, professional and very nice to work with. I recommend Ben and his team, and have been telling all of my friends about his great service.
