I have taken numerous classes at this studio. I love that each instructor has their own style and approach to Yoga. The team is well versed, knowledgeable, diverse and above all.......leaves you feeling great each and every time.

My first class at this studio, what a phenomenal Iyengar style class. The studio is clean, warm, and fully equipped. I will definitely go back when I return to Lake Tahoe next! All of the classes sound fabulous.
