Gary is an absolute star with an impeccable sense of service! Even though he is short staffed and busy like everyone else, he took his time and guided me, via FaceTime!!!, to diagnose and replace a faulty circuit breaker (he immediately zoomed in on that as an issue) and didn't charge me for anything. We had no hot water for 4 days and I could not get anyone to come out for a service call. Tahoe is absolutely mobbed with new constructions and tons of $$$ flowing into the area and while the other guys are too busy extorting people for service ($4000 to install 2 plugs and a bathroom fan, anyone?), Gary is rear find, fair, experienced and knowledgable. I had several ceiling fans and ceiling lights installed with RAC electric. Gary was great about communication, easy to work with, timely on the job and helpful throughout the process despite this being a second home and us; we we're out of town during the entire process. I definitely recommend them.
