Jo is awesome - true old school tailor, seamstress, craftsmanship beyond compare. Extremely reasonable rates, fast turnaround, you couldn't ask any more. Thank you Jo for every blown seam, broken zipper, and patch job you've done for me!

I want to give TEN STARS! Jo is a Godsend! She is amazing. Don't listen to any of the poor reviews, they just don't know how to understand her unique and awesome personality. Take it from me, she knows her stuff and is confident in that. She says it straight and is no BS. I respect her so much. People are being too judgmental or sensitive. I called Jo with a last minute request and she, rightfully so, let me know that I was putting myself and her in a bind. Yet, she was still willing to make it work for me. I had a great time chatting about life, weddings, etc. at the fitting with her. So much so that she gave me the biggest hug when I left and it truly made my day. I would love to just sit with her and chat and have coffee, to learn about her and her life. I'm going to go back to her with the same bridesmaids dress (after the wedding) and we're going to make something fit out of it. She had the idea of putting a catsuit under the chiffon part. I'm sending her flowers as a thank you, I couldn't be anymore grateful. Some words of advice: get your things done in advance because she is busy. Introduce yourself when you call and don't be assumptive or entitled. Ask for her help. Don't make excuses if you're coming to her with a last minute request. I have taken my clothes to Jo for about 33 years and have never been disappointed! My mom used her for years before me. She is a delight! Her work is top quality and she has worked miracles for us! I won't go to anyone else.
