The best customer service around. Ray and his staff always go above and beyond to surpass your expectations. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will get it. I love my loose stones and custom rings they have made for me.

I always go to Acme to have my watch batteries replaced. Recently went there to see about getting two of my diamond rings fixed & the owner let me in about 45 minutes before he actually opened and I got a very reasonable quote for each ring. Acme carries beautiful jewelry pieces at reasonable prices. I will no longer shop for jewelry at big name stores.
