“My wife and I have owned and operated Santa Clarita's only commercial radio station, KHTS FM/AM since 1990. Throughout the years we've worked with dozens of local veterinarians. Our wonderful dog of 9.5 years was in crisis several Sundays ago, so we rushed to Sand Canyon Animal Hospital since it was the only one open in our valley on a Sunday morning. Although we were heartbroken because our dog couldn't be saved, the doctor and his staff were beyond stellar. Their concern, expertise and compassion helped sooth the pain we were going through. A few weeks later we received personal condolence notes from the doctor and his two assistants, which was totally unexpected and further emphasized the care we received. “Nicest most conscientious veterinarians out there. Not some large group trying to take you for every penny. The staff is lovely and the doctors are great. They know their medicine, and really care about the animals. Very happy to have found them. My only complaint is parking. Sometimes it's challenging in front, but usually there is some space relatively close.“
