They initially quoted $90 for this, which seemed unreasonable, given that I had paid less for more services previously. After discussing the pricing with the owner, she agreed to lower it to $65. Later, I received a call from the front desk stating the charge would be $60, which I accepted. However, upon arrival, I was informed the fee was $65, as initially discussed. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, as it wasn’t about the extra five dollars, but rather the principle of the situation. Additionally, after the third visit, I noticed that my cousin's dog did not smell like anything at all, which was disappointing. This added to my annoyance, as I expected at least a pleasant scent after grooming.“
