My baby was born here, they took care of me very well. There are two nurses who were very attentive, one's name is Abby, a great vocation, the other nurse was of Asian origin. God bless you

My Mother was hospitalized there and the nurses on the 5th gave my Mom excellent care. But when she transferred to the 4th floor my sister told me she was left lying in dirty linen because my Mom has no control of her bodily functions and sat in her urine all day. I was out of town. I am an RN and demanded to speak to the charge nurse to have the aids care for her. They finally did, but it shouldn't take me to light fire under their butts to give my Mom basic care. Then the follow up was a disaster. Due to insurance she was forced to go to their ER for a follow up from 9 am to 3 pm. My mother is diabetic. I am truly grateful in Medan, good service, good care, here my life was saved mainly by a young American doctor and another doctor, I don't know if she was from Japan, but they treated me. This happened 20 years ago and I am still here, there are excellent doctors.
