Best Appliance Installations

I had an excellent experience having my high-end appliances (Sub-Zero and Wolf) installed by Best after buying them at Snyder Diamond, who recommended them. I scrolled through the reviews for this company (btw, the name is spelled wrong on Yelp... it's Installation!) and I was surprised by the other experiences people have had. This was not the case for me. I have had those kinds of experiences with installation by other companies so I appreciate the times things go well, which they did for me with Best. The installation crew... Gabino and Christian... did an excellent job, were very thorough and careful, and easy to have in the house. (Again, not my experience with other companies). Erik was great at communication (as was everyone I talked with at Best) and the company was very accommodating with my ever-changing schedule (my kitchen ended up being delayed almost two months). I would definitely use Best again for appliance installation.

I had a very tricky uninstall of a old Bosch dishwasher and install of a new one. Travertine floor tiles had been installed after the 1st dishwasher was installed. I felt sure that they would have to break at least two to remove it. John, the main work man did his very best to not break them. The old washer was taken out in pieces, a mangled ball of metal. Nothing besides two tiles, and I have spares, was damaged. The new one is in place, and it was well-tested before they left after 2 hours of very hard labor.
