One of the smartest things I've done as a homeowner was to have Benitez Wrought Iron fencing installed around my home. I've never had to deal with wood rot or warping which can be very expensive and time consuming over the years. Not to mention that the look of wrought iron certainly elevated my homes curb appeal.As a repeat customer I can highly recommend Benitez Wrought Iron for any ironwork, fences, railings etc. Many years ago Oscar installed a wrought iron fence around my entire front yard that included two gates. Oscar's work has stood the test of time and so I knew he was the right person to call for my newest ironwork needs. Today, his crew installed a beautiful hand railing next to my front door steps and a "fence insert" to match an older, existing gate in my backyard. I would consider this a small job but I needed to match a new piece of fencing to an older, existing gate and the area was only about 2 feet wide. Oscar seamlessly created and inserted this new piece of iron fencing, (with finals to match) and made it look like the entire area was always intended to look this way. I couldn't be happier with his beautiful work and highly, highly, recommend his company for any of your fencing, gate or handrail needs. He is a true artisan.

We had a custom curved iron staircase in our house, but it was very ornate and not our style. Oscar came to look at the staircase and we discussed using the framing part of the staircase or a brand new one. After considering the cost differences, we opted to go with the same frame. We were considering different options and Oscar created a very professional mockup that impressed me so much! (And sent it quickly) Oscar was timely getting out multiple quotes depending on our decision and was upfront on the timing and when we could expect to have the work completed. We have kids and wanted to ensure they would not be home while the work was done (staircase would be removed) and Oscar was very flexible with our schedule. His team did a great job, we are very happy with the result. His team was quick, professional and cleaned up so well that you would never know they were there afterwards (we haven't had that experience with other companies). During the reinstall Oscar was there. He was very engaged and hands on, here to check the work. We even forgot to grab some extra paint and he dropped it off to us weeks later. I would absolutely recommend Benitez Iron Works for any iron gates, staircases or iron work you need done. It was by far the best experience we've had working with any construction based company.

Oscar and his crew did a fantastic job of recreating and matching the existing design of an original 1930s iron stair rail that was damaged. Throughout each step of the process the communication was great- from the initial estimate to the removal of the damaged rail, to the installation of the new rail. I recommend him highly for any wrought iron needs.
