I was very impressed with ARS. very professional, honest, and easy to work with. I was very happy with the work and appreciated how they explained everything clearly and repaired exactly how they said they would. even pulled permits with the city. Thank you to Russel who worked on the project from beginning to end. Great job!

I made an appointment last night for someone to come out and check my water heater's pilot light. The services listed in the Google profile and in the company's description include water heater repair, but I got a call this morning letting me know that ARS only replaces water heaters and does not do repairs. I wanted to post this review so anyone else looking for repairs knows that they do not do repairs despite what's listed in the profile.

Very pleased, my Mainline was backed up. Russell was amazing and didn't give up until the camera showed it needed to be replaced.Vince and Russell worked up a plan that worked for my situation with the help of Management. The work was completed within the day. I cannot say enough about Russell and Vince they were Professional and extremely helpful!So Grateful I found and used ARS RESCUE ROOTER.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
