Called and I needed a plumber. Left a detailed message. No response, no call back. Called a second time and left a message a few days later. No response. Called a third time and left message explaining the plumbing problem. Absolutely no response. I WILL NOT be calling a fourth time. Moving on.

I am a permanently disabled senior citizen. I just moved back to Susanville, Ca.. The house that I am renting natural gas has been off since the owner moved out. I had the gas turned on. The gas company said that they do not light the water heater anymore. They told me to call a plumber, if I can't get the water heater pilot light lit. So I called 8:10 A.M. yesterday. They open at 8:00 in themorning. I gave them a little time to get ready. I left a message that I needed some service to get the water heater pilot light turned on. They finally called me back at 9:26 A.M.. Glenn said that they had a meeting yesterday morning. That they would come by sometime in the afternoon....read full review

We had a broken pipe at Eagle Lake on a weekend. He came and repaired it very quickly and adjusted his schedule to accommodate us. The cost was very reasonable. Absolutely no regrets and would recommend him without any reservation whatsoever.
