Lola was great to work with. We were renting a place for a family member from out of town. Unfortunately, she passed away after six months. Lola was very kind in working with us in that situation.

They have very underhanded methods. They call police to have surrounding vehicles towed if they think they mess with the esthetic of a property instead of asking if they can move their vehicle into a garage or elsewhere. Such as boats, rvs, trailers, or older vehicles. This has happened to many people I know.

Utopia Management was interviewed/ vetting among others companies and selected to acquire a Mt Lassen Property Management in Susanville by the existing owner when she was seeking retirement.
