I came to Dr. Vid with a strained back injury that later exposed many muscle imbalances and mobility issues I have developed over years of powerlifting. At the time I was training for a marathon and had difficultly running more than 3 miles without major tightness and discomfort. After several sessions with Dr. Vid I regained my confidence running and retrained my body to move and active the correct muscles. I just completed the 2024 SF Marathon blowing past my goal of sub 4 hours. I can confidently say this would never have been possible without Dr. Vid. Trust the process and the results will come. Cannot recommend enough!

I first came to see Dr Vid for my Frozen shoulder. He was able to help treat the muscles with Active Release Technique ART to help remove the tightness and increase greater range of motion.
Within a few weeks of treatment and corrective PT I was able to regain function and get back to all my work and golfing pain free. He now is working on my LB pain and hip tightness from all long hours I sit in front of the computer. I am really happy with the level of expertise, time he spends for the sessions and all strength drills. I have never seen such a program that truly focuses on you being taught to move and function pain free that is self sustaining. I appreciate... read full review

I've been working with Dr. Vid over the last few months to work on knee pain, toe pain, and calf pain from my marathon training. We've worked on releasing my tightness, strengthening my core, and focusing on maintaining/improving my mobility. I wish I learned a lot of the valuable lessons that Dr. Vid has taught me years ago, but I'm very grateful that I know them know. He's an expert at what he does, and I could not give him a higher recommendation.
